VERTICAL OIL LEVEL INDICATORS
Vertical oil level indicators are used to show the oil level in hermetic transformers. The float part is designed to make vertical movements in the area where the oil is located. Information about the oil level is obtained from the observation type as the oil level increases or decreases. It can be produced in the requested length, and according to the connection dimensions, it is produced in the forms of G1″, G1 1/4″, G1 1/2″ and G2″.
DIN 53701 VERTICAL MAGNETIC OIL LEVEL INDICATOR
This type of vertical magnetic oil level indicators has a vertical float movement.
In these oil level indicators used in hermetic transformers, the motion the float is transmitted to the display via a magnetic clutch.
Oil level information can be obtained from three different monitoring points on the display.
It can be produced as G 1 1/2″ and G2″ according to different lengths and different connection dimensions.
DIN 42569 HORIZONTAL MAGNETIC OIL LEVEL INDICATORS
The magnetic oil level indicator, which operates without contact, is used in transformers with oil expansion tank to measure the temperature level of the expanding oil in the tank.
The indicator functions through the radial movement of the float, which is transmitted to the pointer via a magnetic clutch. This mechanism enables the pointer to display the oil level on the panel.
It can be preferred in different sizes according to the system conditions to be used.
